Q: is this a good highlighter for brown skin?

Yes i have skin the colour of chocolate and it suits me really well because its gold. Just use it in moderation otherwise sometimes from a distance it looks a little white

Yes it can, I use the highlighter and the technic eyeshadow (in similar shades) and this highlighter interchangably for both my highlight and eyeshadow. Although, the highlight is a bit dull and more coppery than golden which worked on my dark skin tone but yes you can very well use it for your eyes too

I bought this and it's fine no smell works great . there must be something wrong with yours goet it changed
