QL-810W Labelling Machine QL810WZU1

Package arrived to an amazon drop off locker with ease. The printer is an easy set up though if you're not totally tech savvy I could envisage some issues. There is also a phone app that works really well allowing you to print labels straight from your phone. I would recommend the white and black labels rather than white on black/red if you're wanting to just print black labels as the latter seems to have a brown tinge unless it's just a red label (and in that case the red is amazing for thermal). Upkeep on the hardware is minimal. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that has labels to print. Labels can be pricey but found great bargains here on amazon for original labels. Update: early 2019, we did have an issue with one of the round labels that brother sells. I cannot fault brother after sales service at all, they have been in constant contact and have also ordered stock of the same label to try and replicate the issue themselves. They have resolved the issue for us and I can honestly say that if your looking for a great little printer offering professional results with amazing product support I cannot recommend this product and brother enough.

At first it requires a bit of playing around, but generally it's easy to use and the Wi-Fi printing was straight forward. I like the option of cutting after each label or at the end of the printing job or not at all, plus manual cutting with a press of the button. Each option can be useful in a different situation. I like that it supports continuous printing, so long labels can be created with the right tape, or one can use manufacturer set label sizes. Perfect for Amazon and a bit better than Dymo in many ways.

I read some reviews that suggested some teething problems on set up. Fortunately, I didn't have this and set up took about 30 seconds. Great little machine and so glad I chose this model. Simple to slot the rolls in (compatible ones are much cheaper, though the machine comes with a couple of rolls). Like the automatic cutting. Just wish there was a tray to catch the labels as they come out, so I could do a few different ones and they would stay in order, rather than fly onto the floor. Also, if the battery to go with this was cheaper, I would definitely get it for 'on the go' but it's higher than the machine price, so not going to get that!

Reviews had said that getting the wireless connection was problematic so I set it up on the kitchen table and it worked first time. It was idiot proof. I then moved it to its proper location and it never printed wirelessly again - despite hours of fiddling . It’s a good enough printer but to describe it as wireless is playing a little fast and loose with the term.

Bought this as a replacement for my QL500 as I wanted to be able to share the label printer over Wi-Fi so it could be used from phones and other computers. The QL-810W works a treat. It is quick, automatically cuts the labels, can be accessed over Wi-Fi and I can use all the existing label templates I had for the QL500. Do check around for pricing as it can vary significantly. Very happy.

Was a bit difficult to set up at first but got help. Now think it's the best! Prints so fast easy to use with the app. Only disappointment that battery was not included.

Searched for ages trying to find the right label maker and settled with this one on the account of the good reviews and the brand of course. I really do have to confirm that is IS SUCH a genuine pain getting this to set up. Error after error messages and took hours of configuration to the point I just wanted to box it back up again and send it back. Eventually, when I thought there was no hope left in me, I figured out it out and once it works, it works well. The print is very fast and clear. For such a simple device you would think it would be a simple operation. I wouldn’t get this same brand printer again, knowing what set up is involved but I have it now and I just need to make it work.

Very easy to set up, high quality of printing, there is equivalent to official labels of the same quality (though only black, I've seen no unofficial black and red labels yet). It works perfectly through WiFi and Windows 10, and official free app is quite useful. The only disadvantage comparing to Dymo is lack of API, but it's a non-issue for most customers. So far I am very pleased with this printer.

Consiglio a tutti i ristoratori. Facile e versatile, rapidissima, basta un cellulare per creare ed inviare la grafica. Etichette adatte per sotto vuoto e contenitori per conservazione in frigorifero e freezer , resistenti . Mi è stata consigliata da un collega e consiglio a mia volta.
