Amazing!
Yes it is expensive! But after taking this for 2 weeks (2 capsules every night) I have suddenly noticed that my eyes (usually short sited) started seeing everything perfectly clear. I could not believe that this was due to this supplement, so stopped taking the capsules for a while. My short sightedness came back after 3 weeks. Then I started taking these again and within 3 days my eyesight has become perfect again! I usually suffer from dry eyes and sleeplessness as well - these problems have also disappeared. What an amazing product and to be honest I will happily pay even double price since my quality of life has improved so much with improved vision and better sleep!!! It probably has other benefits as well (stronger hair, nails, bones, teeth etc), but I have no problem with those anyways, but others might well notice an improvement.

Helps heal tooth decay.
These definitely help to slow tooth decay, I've used them for all my children as we seem to have inherited a lot of teeth problems. Along with following dietary recommendations from the Weston. A. Price Foundation I see a real difference. I don't like that it's farmed fish but I can't afford to give everyone the Rosita one's! Two of my children chew these, they love the taste and two of them swallow them without a problem (10 & 8).

Absolutely works
I am a 24 year old male and I suffered from energy drink addiction for the last 8 years. My teeth have demineralized, I have countless fillings and recently had a root canal, which was one of the most traumatic experiences I have ever had at the dentist. I swallowed a load of bleach, and was not numbed up enough, despite reassurance off the dentist, and endured excrutiating pain before he topped up the anaesthetic.Doing research online, it appeared that early stages of demineralization and loss of enamel can be reversed - with backing from various reputable sources. Curing cavities, im not so sure of. Everyone discussing this issue seems to be a 'holistic' something or other - I was not convinced and figured the 'heal your teeth' movement was just backed by a load of crazy people.I have been using these supplements (2 in the morning, 2 before bed) along with a change in diet (reduced grain and sugar intake, more whole foods) and a fluoride-free natural toothpaste with added calcium. There is definitely an improvement of the white spots (loss of enamel) on my teeth, within 1 week! My teeth are also less sensitive, and feel healthier. The important factor in re-mineralizing your teeth is taking a multi-faceted approach. Here is my regime:2 capsules in the morning. 250ml raw milk, banana and orange for breakfast. One coffee with raw milk, brush teeth and scrape tongue straight after. Leave remineralizing toothpaste in mouth (no exessive spitting after brushing).Nutritious meals - tuna, vegetables etc.In the evening I have another 2 capsules, a glass of raw milk, oil pull with coconut oil for 20 minutes, then brush teeth with remineralizing toothpaste, leave toothpaste on teeth. Go to sleep :)This has worked for me and I will be continuing this regime to see what can actually be achieved. I have a couple of small cavities in my teeth which are not causing pain, and I will continue for another month or two before considering getting them filled. Will report back. This product is essential as it contains vitamin k2 and D in biologically based sourced. Yes, it's expensive, but a lot cheaper than countless fillings and dental work on the NHS. I've heard bad reviews on the company, and dismissive claims, however the worst case scenario is fishy burps and a product that may not work for everyone. I have noticed that I am more energetic and motivated too - but this is likely due to my previous (very) poor diet of ready meals, lots of bread and other carbs and about 8 cans of fizzy drink a day. It's a wonder I have any teeth left at all.Lots of people claim 'you can't ferment oil' - Do they not stop to think that maybe it is the fish that are fermented to release the oil?5 stars as it seems to be helping in my situation.

Good product - poor supplier
Had painful wrists and was told that my bones were crumbling due to arthritis. Thought I would have to give up gardening and other activities. Started taking these with Vit D and within a couple of weeks the pain improved. I am now pain free and able to carry on pretty much as normal.Avoid buying this from Health Cloud - theirs were a very suspicious dark brown colour. I complained and they tried to fob me off by saying it was a normal variation of a natural product. I had taken these for a long while in the past and never had any that dark, they looked rancid to me.Seems to me that in a bid to corner the market and undercut competitors Amazon is using dodgy companies. All the more reason to buy direct from reputable sellers.

Good quality product
The only manufacturer who makes this highly recommended mix of products, but does what it says on the tub. 4 stars because some of the capsules have an oily residue on them (from the contents inside) which can lead to a somewhat unpleasant experience if you fail to swallow on first go, and also, price is slightly higher than I would have liked. Good quality product.

Great Value, healthy and delicious!
Bought for our cat, he had allergies which could've been down to food allergies, this brand was recommended by our vet. Our tabby is quite a picky eater- I was worried he wouldn't take to the new food, especially since he previously ate both a mix of dry and wet food- he was ( admittedly ) very spoilt. But surprisingly, he loved it! Took to this food very well :)Pros:-Great value for money! Worked out cheaper than the food he was eating before- about 40p a day (for our 4kg cat)-Our picky cat ended up loving it! (Although, we could see he missed his wet food. After he was on this hypoallergenic food for a few weeks, we introduced pure, plain chicken to his diet. I monitered his reaction to it, and I can see it didn't cause a worsening of his allergies- as a result, we give him some often)-Hypoallergenic food recommeneded by the vet, seems to work!-Healthier than regular food in any case, as it's a closed formula (unlike most brands)Cons:-Can't think of any! Apart from wanting a hypoallergenic wet food from purina to treat our tabby every once in a while :)
