refill oils - 500ml Standard Blue……

This system is very good, I have used since my bike was new and I have 40000 miles on the same chain. Good value for money, once it oil system is fitted ( this oil is the refill for the Scott oil system) just keep it topped up and forget, very easy to use.

Does what it says on the bottle. Definitely extends the life of the chain on my Tracer.

I seem to have written the whole review in the headline, but also have to write something here. Hmm.... well, is it good value? Dunno, it's not like you can get this stuff from another manufacturer to compare. It's expensive for oil. But then my last bottle lasted quite a while. Bigger, better value bottles would be preferable I reckon. You'll need to have the refiller pipe from a previous bottle or you'll need to buy one separately if not. I suppose that's sensible since otherwise Scottoil would have to include the cost of the pipe and then we'd all be complaining that we already have a pipe. Worth noting that you can get the pack including the refiller pipe with this oil and it's cheaper than if you buy it separately. I like my Scottoiler (now I've refitted it correctly - something the dealer who supplied my bike couldn't manage), so I quite like this refill and I reckon I've done quite well to say that much in a review about an oil refill :-0

The refilling system is weird, especially doing 300 km a day. But the oil is brilliant, cheap and long lasting. - For those who have problem of tyre being oiled, just adjust to lower flow. You don't need to max out the oil flow, that's a waste of oil. Some oil drips on the tyre is ok, don't worry about it, did cornering and everything, never had issue. Normal days, minimum flow Raining days, medium flow Tsunami days, high flow

Refill bottles lasts a fair while, will have to buy the filling nozzle separately if you don’t already have it

It does what chain lube is supposed to do. Best part is it washes off your clothes if it happens to fling on it. Use it in my Scott oiler and only have to top it off once every 500 miles or so.
