Two issues over giving this product a higher rating are, that the quantity that I was expecting and purchased was as you can see from the above 90 capsules but to my annoyance the contents was 30 capsules, when I questioned the supplier the reply was that it was Amazons fault as it had been listed wrongly, but if its listed wrongly surely then ether the supplier or Amazon should have honored the transaction, very disappointing, just be careful that you don't get conned. Secondly to assess the effectiveness of this product would take at least 90 days I am told, so a long way to go yet

These solgar No. 7 really work and help with getting your joints free to move without pain or stiffness. It was recommended by a Doctor. But liver Doctor advised to stop using it because of the BioPerine (black Pepper fruit) causes damage to the liver .
