what is the difference between organic salt & pharmacial salt

First off, all salts including Epsom are minerals, not plants or animals. So it's inorganic by definition. Any company selling "organic salt" is just using marketing buzzwords. Pharmaceutical grade salt is salt that's at least 99% pure, tested by a recognised lab and certified safe and high quality for pharmaceutical products, and the crystalline structure is most optimum for pharmaceutical use (solubility, processability, etc). If actually pharma-grade, the manufacturer should be able to produce an official certificate saying so from a gov recognised lab. However, that's quite expensive and time consuming to do, and as such is likely to be more marketing buzzword than reality. In short, there's no perceivable difference but if you want the purest stuff you can get for piece of mind, you should be looking at the big brand names and not the cheap budget stuff in bulk from an unknown company.

Is this food grade / usp grade?

Personally, I would not consume it orally if you know what I mean but you could use it as ingredient upgrade for growing food
