how many mgs of the C and B vitamins, please?

Hi there, 100mg of vitamin C, B1 25mg, B2 25mg, B3 50mg, B5 150mg, B6 25mg, , B12 50mg

Can you please tell me how much one capsule measures? I really struggle to swallow pills!

I have found that when I swallow the capsule with my smoothie that it goes down better than if I drink water, as with water, it always seems to get lodged going down

Do they have a use by date?

Yes, they do have a sell by date...mine is for the year 22 ...so a long seen by date...I hope this is helpful to you
