Artesa Tableware, Tiered Slate Serving Platter with Acacia Wood frame, 40 x 30 x 25cm, with Gift Box, Brown

The wooden frame is slightly darker than I expected but it still looks nice. It folds fairly flat, so it can stay in the box. The slates are rustic cut, and perhaps a little fragile. However, the overall effect is very nice. These look like the sort of thing you might find in a artisan deli or café. I intend using them to display cupcakes for sale, and they will probably take 18 muffin size ones. They are well worth the money I paid.

Does what it says. Looks nice on the table and fits a good Amount of cheese, meats and crackers. The Slade is a good thickness and does not feel it would break if you throw a knife on by accident. The only weakness would be the wooden frame, as it feels fragile. However, so far it does the trick and seems to hold (had it for a few months now )

Got this product on offer for an absolute bargain. Great quality, looks really nice and comes in a lovely box too so was a lovely present for the parents.

I thought that buying a branded product and paying more (as there are many cheaper options available even here on Amazon of identical looking stuff) would show in the quality, but honestly, don't waste your money. I have owned a lovely slate cheeseboard for many years and have never had any issues. The slate in this product crumbles at the edges (a lot) so you get tiny shards of sharp slate everywhere. The wood looks cheap and isn't smooth (one of the reasons I paid extra for Artesa was that I thought the cheaper stuff would look.. well, like this does) and anything greasy you put on it leaves stains that can not be washed (this has never happened to me with my slate cheeseboard (which I think is made by the Slate Company). It is also really flimsy when you try to assemble it. You have to keep rearranging the legs to make the apex parts come together... Just look elsewhere. I kept the product, because I used it, but wish I did return it. I also bought the two raised serving platters by Artesa and one of them is put together from two different colours of wood - one is really light and one is really dark (so each half is different). I know that wood is natural, but as a granddaughter of a carpenter... this just shows a complete lack in care for what and how you are creating things.
