Good quality product, I trust the brand and I have been using it for years for different supplements.I never had side effects from any of their products, and my overall health has improved since using their products.Pills are easy to swallow.What I would really like to see from this brand is using glass containers instead of the plastic ones! I hope that will happen one day!

Small capsules. Easy to swallow

this keeps our families healthy when we add to morning smoothies, I break the capsules open and pour in the powdered zinc and it seems to work really well for us in terms of clear skin and keeping virus's away.

I have been taking these daily for the last year and a half and won't be stopping any time soon. Great value supplement, nice small capsules that are easy to swallow, just make sure you have them with food!
