A premium price for a premium honey. It has a delicious, and distinctive taste. The fact that the honey comes in a plastic container, rather than a glass container was a surprise. If I had been aware of this, I doubt that I would have made the purchase. I wouldn’t have minded paying just a little bit more, if the container had been glass. Perhaps the decision to use a plastic receptacle was price driven, given that its had to travel so far? Or perhaps there’s less spoilage, and damaged product using plastic? Out of curiosity, when I’ve finished consuming the honey, I will weigh the container, against a similar glass container. Once again; a delicious, and distinctive honey.

Fantastic delicious honey... Manuka honey is well known for its health and wellbeing for everyone... I think its important to take some especially during the winter I genuinely feel the benefit of taking this regularly... You only need a teaspoon a day.. I take it at night as I believe it does my body good when I'm sleeping.... Highly recommended for everyone.... Fantastic value from amazon....

We have been using Manuka honey from several makers. By far, Comvita brand has the best taste. This is due to This brand does not use sugar syrup to dilute and bled with original manuka. Conventional manuka honey, without UMF degree is not genuine manuka. Moreover, the higher the number of manuka, the expensive the price. We used to buy +15 manuka, spending 250 g about 46 GBP. After several experiment, we come to conlusion that better to take fairly large amount of manuka of low degree, than very little amount manuka is tiny quantity. Manuka, unless prohibited by physicians, for diabetic reason and otherwise, is very safe, and suits especially people with sensitive stomach, and weak constitution. We use, with mildly boiled water about 50 degree celcius, and mix with squeezed lemon juice when we feel bit cold or flush. Also, we mix manuka with 100 percent yogurt for breakfast. Health is wealth. Invest in your and your loved one's health by using manuka honey for substitute of refine white sugar (which is pure poison). You will soon feel difference.

I think that super food is an over used word but I have always viewed honey as an important part of my dietary needs. A few years ago when I was weightlifting I used a few honey based products i.e. Royal Jelly supplements in capsule or powder form and also just out of a jar. Manuka honey as gone up in price since then and I always thought it was (and still do) worth the price. As an older man (70yrs) and recently started back lifting weights I have started to take Manuka honey in my diet again. I fully believe it helps with my bodies recovery after training and this Comvita Manuka Honey is one of the best that I have had.

I trust this make for the quality of it's honey, it is very expensive but no more than a health shop

I simply love this honey. I use it for my skin care ie face maska mostly and occasionally cups of tea. I have gone through a few of these already and even recommended to family members who also use it. Small but mighty in quality

This is a pricey product. That given, the taste, texture and quality are superior to similar New Zealand UMF rated honey we have tried. After sampling several we decided to go with a UMF of 5 vs.10 on the idea that with the less expensive 5 UMF honey we would be able to enjoy it more often, in greater quantity and to a greater positive health benefit. As for the reputed health benefits I cannot say with certainty, although this has much to do with my reasoning in justifying my spending for this product. All that aside, as a honey, it is very good.
