Easy to fit with clear instructions, not written but easy to follow drawings. Once fitted it works like a dream and a brilliant replacement to our old one. German made so feels quality and sturdy.

Overall good. One minor problem relates to size of attachment so bin opens with door. Easily detaches from knob, even when sitting snuggly.

I have had a Hailo bin for 20 years but the plastic support round the bin had snapped. I bought this to replace the bin and it fits great, very relieved. I didn't try to fit the whole unit but used what I had fitted already. The only down side was when I opened the box it smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, but I expect it to disappear. I had purchased one that was classed as "box damaged" so it was cheaper, and as it was supplied buy Amazon they delivered to the Isle of Man, whereas none of the other suppliers would. Cheers.

I have had many cupboard bins over the years and was all set to order my normal more expensive brand, however I saw the product rating for this product and the price and thought I'd give it a go. I'm so pleased with the bin. I'm not someone who usually writes reviews but this bin was well priced, really easy to install (I'm a female with limited DIY experience) and it was relatively painless. The only negative comment I would have is that the plastic lid is a little cheap, sturdy enough but it makes a cheap scratchy noisy when you close the cupboard and the bin lid flips over on to the bin. It's a minor thing really. The plastic bin that sits inside the stainless steel body is of good quality. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone. Great little product.

Great, easy to fit.

This must be the most annoying thing I’ve ever done, the instructions for putting this bin on the inside of my kitchen cupboard is horrendous, the lid is like doing the Krypton Factor and I’m not even sure I’ve got it right after an hour and a half of fiddling with it, in the end I had to look it up on YouTube. Why can’t companies just give you simple instructions and not pages of diagrams which don’t make any sense. I will never buy this item again EVER

This is a compact and good looking behind door waste bin, with a clean stainless steel and black plastic finish, a capacious inner grey plastic bin with metal handle to lift it out, and a tilting black plastic lid. When new everything works well, although the lower face of the lid is difficult to clean without lifting out the bin assembly (fortunately an easy thing to do). However, this is now my third such bin, due to breakages at all the same weak points. The worst of which is the plastic track on the underside of the bin, which is pulled by a lug fixed to the door. The edge of the track is made of thin plastic, and inevitably weakens with time and then breaks. It can be repaired by sticking over another piece of plastic, but this is hardly ideal. The other weak point is the plastic clip on the bin lid, that connect to a metal arm, which snaps or distorts after a more extended period of use, and cannot be effectively repaired. As the price is good and the alternatives require more holes drilling in my kitchen units, I guess that I'll keep ordering more of these bins every 5 years or so!

I bought this bin to replace same model I'd had over 30 years! Old one has performed really well, and I just thought I'd treat myself to a new one. The replacement slotted in place exactly and easily, using same screw holes - took me 15mins to swap. This new one has improved brackets - I had to modify the old top bracket to keep it going - so I'm really pleased, and confident this will serve me well.

Ya es el segundo que compro. Facil de instalar, buen material la tapa cierra bien y evitas mal olor. El cesto que trae es de buena calidad

Es exactamente lo que necesitaba, al tener poco campo en la cocina y para optimizar el espacio. Buscaba un contenedor de basura para poner debajo del fregadero pues había visto esta idea en una casa y me encantó. Es fácil de instalar y de muy buen material. Lo volveré a comprar de ser necesario. No importa pagar si la calidad habla por si sola.

Consegnato in un giorno con Prime: puntualissimo. Aperto il pacco (tutto perfetto) ho letto le istruzioni con attenzione, cercando su internet il significato di due termini inglesi che non capivo (cosa fondamentale per comprendere che il pezzo in metallo è alternativo a quello in plastica, a seconda dell'angolo di apertura dello sportello: fino a 90-95° quello in plastica, se superiore usare quello in metallo); ho verificato, uno per uno, i vari pezzi inclusi; ho fatto le prove delle misure e delle posizioni. Ho lasciato tutto in sospeso per metabolizzare le fasi del montaggio. Quando mi sono sentito pronto (due giorni, ma a me piace fare le cose con calma) ho preso gli attrezzi necessari (un pennarello e un cacciavite a stella): ho forato (sul cartoncino) i punti di riferimento, ho ritagliato come descritto il modello fornito e l'ho appoggiato sulle pareti del sottolavello, poi ho segnato con il pennarello (passandolo sui fori del cartoncino) i punti esatti delle viti, ho fatto dei piccoli fori di invito e dopo dieci minuti la pattumiera era perfettamente pronta per l'uso. E' un prodotto funzionale, solido e molto ben fatto, vale tutto il prezzo richiesto.
