Extremely convenient - wrap a few in tinfoil and have a cheap, accessible, and horrible tasting alternative to coffee or energy drinks on the go, or speed up your morning with this disgusting substitute, assuming you don't have to clean up your own vomit. Have I mentioned you won't like the taste? Really, it's the only downside. That, and the fact that it comes in 200mg tablets, where not even a can of Monster gives you that much, meaning it's a little above the range of most caffeine lovers, and it doesn't come in those in those politely almost-already-halved tablets. Upside is that you can stylishly appear to be doing (illegal) drugs with deniability if yo' hipster ass gets fired on. Also the manufacturers seem to think you should be taking two tablets at once, whereas only the more resilient caffeine lovers could manage that without getting the jitters and other undesirable side effects.

If like me you are not a big coffee drinker i find this very helpful. i would not recommend using this daily as too much caffeine is not good for you, but on days when you are feeling low and need a perk, excellent choice. I may use it before having a big session at the gym, or after a big night out on a school night. very cheap and seems to work instantly. i have bought a couple of products from DN now as i find them reliable and looking at some of the reviews, i am not the only one.

It worked for me and the fact they're in tablet form is good considering I don't like tea/coffee, but as I'm extremely sensitive to caffeine it made me a little jittery and made me generally feel a bit weird. Also massively dehydrated me and made me feel sick all day. They're the cons though it did improve my focus, woke me up and kept me focused all day through work.Only tried one day though so going to try again tomorrow with just half a tablet and try the gym, drink a lot more etc

Other than acting as a diuretic I don't see this actually having any effect whatsoever. I take it in the morning when I wake up and find no energy boost whatsoever to my normal levels. I do up to two hours worth of active tasks a day including exercise bike and hula hooping, plus chores, etc, and I'm still more or less the same as normal. I started taking a second pill since the first wasn't working. I did notice a bit of a raised pulse (reminding me of the kind of rush I get with an anxiety attack) but no actual other effects like increased stamina. All I do notice is that I am requiring to spend a penny about 80% more than is usual. Sometimes twice an hour, even when I haven't had anything to drink, I'm uncomfortably needing to pee and when I get to the bathroom it's barely a trickle. This NEVER occurred before the tablets arrived. As I do have some frequent bloating and water weight issues, I'll use them until they're gone, this seems to be the only use they'll have for me. I don't expect any weight loss (so far, nothing but it's early days I guess) and if there WILL be any, it will be only excess water weight I lose). Others seem to have much better results. I'm one of the unlucky few I guess.

I now have more energy in my workouts, more focus and my weightloss has increased all for a few quid! one tablet a day was plenty for me pre workout so for the money you have over 3 months worth which is a bargin. Recieved the item in 3 days and packaged well, in summing up these are now a important part of my workout and weight loss routine 5 stars!

I purchased these a while back, and have been using them for some time now. the size of the pack for the amount of money they cost is great! but thats where the bonuses stop. I know everyone is different, so each persons body deals with these tablets in different ways. However, i am personally really miffed with these supplements. they haven't really done anything for me other than make me hungry! Because they are caffeine tablets, they speed up the metabolism, so this really makes me hungry. I'm ok with that, but i am really failing to see the benefits of this product. Sorry, i won't be buying again, they just seem like a waste to me.
