Purchased this product a few times and it has never been better quality it is amazing for the price and it is great value for money it is so easy to swallow and its strength is not too much and does not cause crash outs it does helps with your sleep quality and it also helps if you have a issue with deficiencies in this vitamin C. It is very effective and works .

Both - its huge size & chalky texture(prone to sticking) makes it an arduous challenge to swallow. Time-release thingy - IF true to it's claim should surely be welcome.

these seem good, I've been taking them past year, they are big and supposedly show release, 1 day however i break them in half and take half 12hr apart, being vit c they can be sour, drink plenty or better with food

You can break the tablets in 1/2 if you need to. It's great stuff.

Allora cominciamo col dire che è a rilascio prolungato come dovrebbero essere tutte le vitamine c la cui biodisponibilita è limitata per quantita...l eccesso viene eliminato con le urine....quindi se si assumono tutti insieme 1000 mg di questi il corpo ne assume all incirca 80 il resto viene espulso....secondo, oltre alla vitamina c ci sono bioflavonoidi che oltre a essere antiossidanti per il corpo rendono anche la vitamina c piu stabile....terzo....il contenitore è scuro proteggendo il prodotto dalla luce che ossida la vitamina c.Non ultimo il prezzo che è onesto ....Al momento per me che faccio da anni un uso regolare di vit c , ne prendo 1mg a lento rilascio a pranzo e uno a cena, questa vitamina c è la miglior scelta possibile su amazon italia.
