I wanted to try an option that was less wasteful and more hygienic than disposable sponges so decided to give these a go. I've had them for 3 months and I've only used one so far. It does not shed or smell at all. I wash it in the dishwasher about once a week (not in the washing machine as the instructions state to wash it without fabric softener) and it still looks brand new. The silver side is more abrasive than a usual sponge and the colourful side is really soft, both of which are fine by me. It's slightly longer and thinner than a conventional sponge, which I also like. I use it in the kitchen for any items I cannot/will not put in the dishwasher (metallic, ceramic, wooden, glass) and it works great. I predominantly do the dishes with green soap, castille soap or vinegar and it's performed well with all of these. If you're going plastic-free I would not recommend those as they do seem to contain some plastic. However they last much longer and I've not had to replace one yet, so definitely helping towards creating less waste. Indeed they're more expensive than disposable sponges but if it means they don't end up in the trash for a long time, I'm happy with that.

These are a sustainable scrubbing pad as they can be machine washed. The silver side is non-scratch but has enough scouring strength to clean egg etc from pans. The sponge (coloured ) side produces a lot of foam with only a very small (pea-sized) squirt of washing up liquid (so again quite sustainable). They are also a great size to fit comfortably in the hand and able to reach to clean the bottom of a half pint glass. They are pricey but can last for months if you wash them so I dont mind the highish cost. Fun colours too (can we have a green and blue ones too please! 🧼)

Decent wash up pads that do the job.

I bought these for bath room cleaning - so easy! Quick squirt of my chosen cleaner on the abrasive side makes mincemeat of limescale and soap scum marks then flip it over and the soft, microfibre side wipes it all away, drying as it goes. The sponge in the middle absorbs everything but also makes it easy to rinse out the pad afterwards. With a pack of four, I’ve got one in the main bathroom, one for the loo, ditto for the downstairs loo and one for the kitchen surfaces. Job done, they’re excellent.

Great little sponges and does the job on pots and pans , would be 5 stars but the rough side came apart a bit to soon .. aside tht great value

Tout simplement parfaite. Je ne reviendrais jamais à des eponges du commerce. Elles ont une taille parfaite. Ça garde beaucoup plus longtemps la mousse. Ce qui fait faire des economies car je ne remets pas beaucoup de savon. Ça passe à la machine. Elles sont très douce et l'autre côté gratte bien sans rayer. Je recommande

Super Schwämme, die weiche Seite wischt und saugt sehr gut, die rauhe Seite ist perfekt zum Schrubben von Töpfen und Ceranfeld. Bei 60 Grad waschbar. Seit 1 Jahr täglich in Gebrauch und sehr zufrieden. Auch zur Müll-/ Plastikvermeidung....trotz Mikrofaser....da lange wiederverwendbar.

1A Schwämme mit Super Qualität. Greifen sich super und damit lässt sich das Geschirr und auch Töpfe gut abspülen. Finde sie sogar besser als Einmal-Schwämme. Sie sind waschbar und somit öfters auswechselbar wegen Keimgefahr, ohne Müll zu verursachen. Hätte ich mir schon viel früher zulegen sollen. Also klare Kaufempfehlung.
