They have been taken for health purposes and as I have been taking them for at least twenty years they - together with cod liver oil - has been successful as I am now over ninety years of age.

Better than I expected
Vitamins take a few months to work to build up depleted nutrient stores in your system. After a few months, I can say I’ve avoided any illnesses around me and can tell these have improved my immunity (typically, I catch every cold around me). They are small, easy to take pills and well worth it. Have already reordered my second package.

I originally, purchased one box, then I disovered it was alot cheaper to purchase this item in bulk which I did. It's an expensive out lay, but you save so much money if you can afford to do it. I was advised to use these multi vitamins supplements years ago. I find I don't catch many colds and viruses. Easy to swallow and no after taste.
