I have been taking Vitamin E for many years. This is the best I have taken so far. I believe it has given me smooth facial skin as people have said how young I look (many times over!), I am 73. Vitamin E has helped in so many other ways with my health.

Decided to try the high dose. Seems ok.

Just received this product and everything seems alright apart from the directions for use. Telling you to take 1 tablet before your meal is all well and good but really a bit more information would not go amiss as regards do I swallow these large tablets or can I eat them with my meal? This would be much appreciated especially if you have problems swallowing large tablets!

These are the very best Vits you can buy,it is just such a shame they are so expensive in the UK compared to the USA They are delivered from the US and still cheaper with all the postage etc, than buying from home, so who is making all the money and why are we being ripped off again by UK dealers ??. On our annul trip to the states we buy several bottles and save loads and loads of money on such basic items.

I found these very good. A few month ago I found out I have cirrhosis of the liver and my consultant said that large dose of vitamin E was good to detox the liver. I took it a couple of month before i had surgery last week and my liver had improved slightly so it's worth it too me I feel so much better

Great quality! A little large to swallow, but you get use to them.

I have been using these for years. They work really well with my horse. My area is deficient in vitamins in hay and the vet said he needed natural vitamin E because it is much more easily absorbed. The vet prescribed vitamins were a fortune, so I picked these up and they work really well. His coat is gorgeous and his blood work came back perfect. They do not have an unpleasant taste, so he eats them right up. They are the best quality for the money.
