Will this tighten lots of sagging skin from weight loss for my 87 year old mother? Or what will?

Unlikely. I did not find it a very effective moisturiser which is why I bought it. Neutrogena Deep Moisture is much more effective for hydrating dry skin.

Does this have perfume

Not noticeably so, I have very sensitive skin and I never have any problems using this.

Could I use this as a lotion before indoor tanning ?

Is this any good for a body cream? And do people use this for their hands too?

I have quite dry skin and found this to be a really good moisturiser. Feels lovely and not at all greasy.

Super moisturising and smells nice

Smells great and is super moisturising. I have very very dry skin and a lot of body moisturisers don’t cut it but this one is great. It sinks in well and has a pleasant smell. I still use a very intense moisturiser on my legs once a week but for everyday this works well.
