would give a zero star but its nice that its automatic. thats the good and the bad, no effort comes along with the dissapointment. I bought this machine over others mostly because of the reviews they are filtered for positivity so maybe I can save someone else the wasted time. DO NOT BUY this machine will get your hopes up and clunk out after approximately 5 TSHIRTS . Heats up fast and works so wonderfully when it does work. I would not trust it.

Great hat press, I have used it for a year now and have made 100+ hats with it. Keeps same temp very well, had to adjust slightly to stop putting creases in hats. Plenty of adjustability. Would recommend this press if you are getting into making hats.

I have had this for a week or so I have done a few hats already it looks really good the hats come out really good but this does have a few flaws like the part where u put the hat it does not fit properly but if u put a few small towels it will do good I wish i didn’t have to do that but i do recommend this if someone is starting off the price is good it feels good only problem is that thing I said about the hat not fitting properly on it

I ordered one of these from Amazon and it came bent and would not heat evenly I'm sure even though I didn't actually use it and just returned it. I went and ordered the same unit from the actual company. After a week and 1 day shipping I rec'd the machine and it worked amazing for 2 hours.... then not! It would no long move up and down and made a horrible noise. Listen to the video. Contacted company and customer service said this would have to go to a technician and I would hear back from them within the next 48 (yes, 48) hours by email. It does do beautiful things when it works!

I had an issue with the heat plate and I contacted the manufacturer directly. They were very helpful and gave me solutions to try and fix it. When it didn’t, they offered to replace it, which is more than what Amazon would do as they said they could only refund my purchase. Very happy with this company and their customer service. A+ because I love this machine.

Do not buy this product! Worked two times and stopped, no one will refund my purchase!!!!!

I have to say, I bought this and made a few hats. I ended up making about 30 hats for friends and family. I bought it used, and it came in just fine. Heats up decently quick, and seems to work perfectly fine without issues. So, I'd say get it. It is an actually decent machine. It's been working for 8 months so far. So, I've gotten my money's worth out of it.
