Wow! I feel young again! Super porwerful. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks but only one every other day. The energy I get it is too much for me and I am 54 years old. I have been taking HGW for quite some time. My nutritionist said it was good to take a few times a week. In the past, I could tell the day I took it... it was working. (people, don't think it's some miracle thing, it just gets you a bit harder & stamina is better).I have noticed lately that I am not getting anything on the day I take the HGW. I bought a two pack, and I am bout 1/3 through the first one and I am really paying attention to see if there is the usual effect; and there is not. It's like I didn't even take anything.Bought another brand I used before and have been using that for a few weeks and I am getting good results.So the conclusion is, the potency of this brand is much lower than other brands? I still have another bottle not opened, so I might give that a try (maybe it is just this bottle?). Either way I have not had very good luck with this brand so far. Take it for what it is worth, because there are plenty of other brands to look at; even if it costs a few more bucks. It would be worth it if they actually work.
