Amazing for energy! I take this Nature's Bounty Super B Complex and feel a huge boost of energy and well-being. The only downside is the strong taste and the yellow urine, but for me, it's totally worth it for how great I feel! I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a B vitamin boost

Great vitamin staple for chapped lips
I take these to hep with chapped lips/corners of lips, as well as to get an extra boost of vitamins and energy. And they really do help. They go down easily, and don’t taste funny at all. It’s a good quantity for the price.
