Magic Massage Ball Works
This trigger point massage ball is fantastic. It takes a little work to figure out how to use successfully as you may seem to roll off the ball. Once you figure it out and work on the points where you have muscle and joint pain, it’s fantastic. The dents in the ball work like fingers. I just finished up a yoga workout with this orange ball and I feel like I had a human massage on my kneck, spine and piriformis. Great part of my health and fitness routine.

A Necessity
As I age my muscles are trying real hard to make my life miserable. It's quite annoying. I have used several types of balls for trigger point release before finding this one. It is soft enough to decrease the pain of pressing on a rock hard muscle, but it still does the job, and the muscle will release. The size covers a bigger area so it doesn't take as long to do a large area as using smaller balls. I have one for my house and now, one for my camper.

Good massage ball
Overall good, but I hope the edges are little bit durable

Hits those trigger points!
Ooof! My body is sore with marathon training and this ball is my saving grace. I take it with my to work and back home each day- maybe I need to order a second one! It hits those trigger points in my glutes and hips better than anything. It works way better than a lacrosse ball and better than a full roller too! A perfect combination, everyone who moves their body and feels some soreness needs this in their tool box to work out those trigger points!

Too squishy, cheap foam
Ball is not even spherical and too squishy to roll under back. I’m only 185 lbs and the ball smushes down to 50% when laying on top of it

For fascia release
The pics help show the size. This is larger than a trigger point ball and that is why I bought it. It’s also made out of solid foam so it a bit softer when you apply pressure to it. Use it for my upper back and hips and calves.

Looks good performs poorly
I am 180 pounds and when working with nearly full body weight on this ball it deforms pretty badly. I would recommend not buying this and buying a cheaper harder foam.
