Look lovely but one chain clip was broken, thought I could get a replacement from local blind shop but theirs are too small , blinds are nice though , where can I get replacement chain connector.

The QiBoYuYe Day Night Zebra Roller Blinds look sleek and modern, and the grey color complements my room decor beautifully. The blackout function works well, effectively blocking out light when needed. However, the rolling mechanism has been a consistent issue. The blind doesn’t roll up evenly—sometimes the left side moves forward while the right side moves backward, and other times it’s the opposite. This not only makes it harder to adjust but also gives the blinds a crooked appearance when rolled. I’ve tried to fix it several times, but the problem keeps recurring. While the design and material are good, the uneven rolling takes away from the overall experience. It’s an okay product if you don’t mind occasional adjustments, but I expected better functionality for the price.
