This is an expensive accessory. There's no doubt about it, but it is an awesome addition for kamado grilling. It is super easy to put together and also easy to adjust the width of each basket for your cook. One basket is flat, and the other is more like a hexagon. I added potatoes and spun them over the grill, and they turned out fantastic--nice smoky grill flavor. Just remember that vegetables will shrink, and your food may fall between the holes if it is smaller. You can rotisserie wings and fish and add a ton of flavor to your cooking. Note--you need to have the Joetisserie motor to use this.

Great product and very easy to assemble. Have used it numerous times for wings on my Kamado Big Joe III. Easy set up with the Joetisserie. Spray it non stick coating before grilling. I’ve cooked 5 & 6 lb batches of dummies & flats at a time. It holds a lot of wings. Soak it in Dawn dish soap after cooking for about 20-30 minutes and wash it with a dishcloth. Looks like new after washing. Well built. Highly recommend.

This is an original Kamado Joe Accessory Kit. It works well with my Kamado Joe Rotisserie attachment. I have used the rotisserie basket often for mostly wings and leg quarters.

Before owning this, my beautiful prime ribs always ended up with an unsightly hole due to the traditional rotisserie rod. This clever accessory eliminates that problem, allowing you to enjoy perfectly smoked rotisserie prime rib without any unwanted holes. Despite its high price, I absolutely love it and believe it's worth every penny for the flawless results it delivers.

This thing is so well constructed and well designed!I use the basket mostly (for chicken wings of course) and it produces wings that are crispy and evenly cooked. The trick is to assemble the basket so that you have the largest cubic area, allowing the wings to tumble around freely.I've used the spit also, and the trick there is to make very sure your meat is firmly speared and that the prongs are very tight on the spit. Otherwise you'll be cooking cave man style.Last, be sure to spray all parts with Pam or another oil spray, as it makes clean up effortless. When I'm done and everything is cool, I spray the basket & frame with some Dawn PowerWash, rinse it with hot water and put everything into the dishwasher. Comes out looking brand new.

Works great much more capacity than older versions.
