Don't expect much with all the positive reviews...you need to have good quality speakers and it can't pull 80w speakers also...as someone mentioned.... False marketing specs... Quality will be good with good dac and pre amp ...Ideal for 30w-40w speakers and 50 w subwoofer... Don't expect punchy bass .. for this price range it was a good one...I am using 18v 20A power supply.

This thing slaps, its great at 2 ohms at 80w rms but it does get really hot so add a fan or bigger heatsink. Also it is NOT bridged at the subwoofer output, it is only one channel and other 2 for mids, 3rd one is left unconnected. Im not sure why the left the 3rd channel unused, theres no traces going to it at all. It would have been better to have dual sub outputs to run 2 subs instead. The sound is also really good and it outputs full range and lowpass

I bought this since it's 2.1 output and importantly class AB. I just wanted to hear class AB over a little D amp I've been using for a while. Sounds nice and I think I can hear the warmness vs D! But aside from that, some important things to note and observations from other reviews. It'll play with as little as 9v and up to 18.9v. As soon as it gets 19v it cuts off output to the speakers. I don't know how accurate my little Ali adapter is with actual voltage, but the number 18.9 is the most it will take and play. So unfortunately, a typical laptop 19.5v adapter you've got won't work here (I tried), but at least it won't blow it up outright. Also output wattage is good, I have a mix of 4 and 8 ohm speakers that work well. I suspect the max power rating of 80x2 and 120w sub is only if you are driving 2 ohm speakers as stated it can do in the specs, which the other reviews complaining about output haven't mentioned what they are using. Edit: From the ST datasheet for the TDA7850 chip: ■ High output power capability: – 4 x 50 W/4 max. – 4 x 30 W/4 @ 14.4 V, 1 kHz, 10 % – 4 x 80 W/2 max. – 4 x 55 W/2 @ 14.4V, 1 kHz, 10 % So try testing 2ohm speaker at 18-19v and lots of current if needing to hit the max.

This is a really nice amplifier board, and I've tried a few. This review specifically pertains to the model being listed here, "Class AB Amplifier, DROK 2.1 Channel 80W+80W Stereo and120W Pure Bass 9-18V 4Ω Audio Amplifier Board". Some of the older reviews appear to be talking about a totally different product. This one does not have bluetooth. Honestly the sound quality from this thing is outstanding, it's clean and loud and music sounds fantastic. K have it hooked up to an ATX power supply that I use for my car audio equipment at home, pushing 12v through a fused distribution block. The input is a 3.5mm aux connection to my Galaxy S22 USB-C out, converted through an in-line DAC. Upon initial turn-on, a nice green LED lit up,and there is no noise whatsoever coming out of my 6.5 inch coax speakers. No buzz,no fuzz, no hiss, and no piss. A beautiful thing go experience if you've been let down by some of these mini amplifier boards previously like i have. I also hooked up the subwoofer output to my 10 inch sealed Infinity REF sub at 2 ohms. The balance is unbelievable! There's only one volume control know, so there is no way to modulate the sub or speakers independently, they're just mixed on the board, but the mix is super nice and balanced. Overall I'm super happy with this amp. It aounds better than other amps that cost multiples of what this one cost me ($23). I recommend it without reservation, just make sure you know what you're doing and have the 12v equipment needed for running this in your setup. Kinda wish it had bluetooth but I knew it wouldn't going into it so that's not an actual knock on the product. Just a wish. Good luck and enjoy. This thing puts out loud clean clear audio signals for your speakers!!

Interesting little board for the DIY / hobbyist crowd. It uses a ST TDA7850 chip intended for 4 channel automotive applications. The subwoofer implementation is pretty straightforward, although it should be noted that the subwoofer uses only one of the chip's amplifier sections, it's not 2 sections bridged as you might assume from the advertised specs. Look up the ST TDA7850 datasheet for more realistic specs. Despite the specsmanship, I found this to be a nice alternative to all the Class-D boards out there. I measured about 60W into 4ohms at clip with a 15V supply, impressive for the price. Sound quality is about what you would expect. It's obviously not going in any audiophile systems but would be right at home in desktop A/V applications.
