I really like my Nespresso Vertuo Pop, it's small, stylish, and super easy to use. The one-touch brewing makes a nice cup of coffee, and I love that it heats up so quickly. The water tank is a bit small and it only takes Vertuo pods, which can get pricey, but overall it's perfect for my kitchen and my coffee routine. I find it easy to clean and descale as they provide a video online for this. Always makes a decent coffee which is what you need to start a busy day. Loved the free capsules with every buy although you don’t get to choose them. They send you random ones so it’s pot luck.

I’ve had the Nespresso Vertuo Pop coffee machine for a short time now, but it’s already become my go-to daily brewer, it’s incredibly easy to use and works exactly as you’d expect from a premium coffee machine. The functionality is brilliant: one button and it does everything, consistently producing great coffee with very little fuss. The taste and overall coffee quality have been excellent, rich crema, balanced flavour, and a nice variety of strengths depending on the pod you choose. It feels well built and seems durable so far, with nothing flimsy or cheaply made, and it heats up and pours way faster than I expected, so I’m never waiting long for my morning cup. Really pleased with it! The only problem really is the price of the pods compared to a standard coffee, still far cheaper than high street coffee but the pods do add up!

This is a great little machine at a very reasonable price. Easy to use and make a variety of coffee shop comparable drinks. Can make hot or cold lattes easily. The pods are a little pricey, but cheaper than buying out. I have tried refilling the pods by buying the sealable tops from Amazon. Would highly recommend.

I contacted customer support and they replaced it, but only a few months later the new machine developed the same issue. I’ve lost a lot of coffee capsules and money because of this product.
