I mostly use acrylics for painting on wood - personalized baby gifts. I live in a small town and can only easily get paint at the $ store or Walmart. Those paints do not apply and cover well. These Delta paints are so much better - rich colors, just thick enough to cover well, and they last a long time in the containers. I will definitely be buying again when I need more paints.

I love this paint for all my projects! Not only does it go on super smooth but it rarely if ever needs a second coat. I have used it on a lot of different things it even goes on super smooth on wood! Without brush strokes I might add which is a HUGE plus. Honestly I’ve used it on furniture and it works great and compared to some of these furniture paints it’s super cheap as a little goes a LONG way. Plus it looks just like chalk paint! Fair warning though don’t touch it once it’s dry cause ANY oil, dirt etc on your hands is an instant transfer! So be sure to either wear gloves or once dry (if you plan to matte finish hit it with a quick Matte spray then you can poly or otherwise finish coat your project) I do the quick spray just to set the paint and so it doesn’t rub off as I’m clear coating (weather matte or poly finish)
