I am a typed 1 diabetic and find this is the best solution to get me back on track when I go a bit low. It is light to carry and fits into a small pocket so good when going for a run too, or any exercise actually. oved the flavour too.

Unfortunately despite the description saying they dont need to be consumed with water, they do need 150ml so not for me.
