Fantastic cooling pad. Really works. Simple to use. Great size.

The upper back part is good, but the neck bit doesn't sit against the neck.

It looks like it's sitting quite comfortably on the lady's shoulders and the neck bit is actually touching her skin. I was absolutely devastated when I tried this.. it's very heavy, it don't sit comfortably but is pulled backwards so the connection at the front is pulled up into your neck like your being strangled and the neck piece at the back don't go anywhere near my neck and alot shorter than it looks in the advertised pic so in all I would recommend you don't but this!!

takes too long to freeze and does not fit easily around my shoulders and definitely not around my neck

This product is incredible!! I absolutely love it and use it almost daily. I really like that the side that touches your skin is a soft fabric instead of hard cold plastic. Works wonders for neck and shoulder pain.

Comfy to wear as a collar, especially on a hot day! The gel makes it easy to mold the collar to the shape of neck & shoulder area. Stays cold for as long as you need. This is the best product of its type (as in gel ice packs) I’ve ever purchased. The cloth underside makes it comfy against the skin. Brilliant product!
