Q: Can i use this for my shower ? i have low pressure would this work ?

I am using it in a cottage. It has enough pressure by itself to run a shower, toilet and kitchen sink. I've read some people use it on a single pipe line only. I don't use it much at the moment but so far it serves the purpose.

Q: Can the gallons per minute (gpm) be reduced if desired or is 4 gpms the only gpms on this model?

You could restrict the output down below 4 gpm but the pump will cycle on and off quickly
