do the milling bowls spill out during grinding ?

Not at all. The bowl is marked with a max fill line and as long as you follow rhe line it does great

Does this product contains any plastic at all? if so, is the plastic bpa free?

The lid is plastic and the cover that goes over the lid and stainless steel cup is also plastic. Not sure if they're bpa free, but both are pretty good quality, tough plastic.

Zero pics from the seller on what the inside looks like. what material is next to your beans...grinding them?

It has a cylinder inside that is stainless, which I remove to pour into french press. There is a plastic lid on it, to keep grounds from spilling out when grinding and then the large cap, which you push down to grind, so no grounds laying on the counter afterwards. Hope that helps. Very easy to clean.

How does this ensure consistent grind size? Looks more like a blender than an actual good coffee grinder.

You can grind it as little or longer if you want finely grinded coffee beans...still use it every day and very happy with this purchase.
