Did a lot of testing and this will for sure help power a lot of my home appliances when/if the power goes out again. I'll also be using it to charge my FPV drones while out on trips.My area was devestated by Hurricane Helene and we were without power for over a month. It was hard, but we made it! This will give me and my family some peace of mind in those types of situations again. I wish I was able to afford the extra battery or even a bigger model, but this will do for how good the price was when it was on sale!Great build quality. Easy to follow instructions and app. Very straight forward.The solar panel is very nice too! I've used it a few times on cloudy days and it still pulls about 75% input.I look forward to getting this badboy out when the power flickers and we know an outage is coming.

I am very happy with this product. It charges quickly and holds a charge as it should. I have tested it thoroughly and it does everything the manufacture claims. There are areas for improvement but they are somewhat minor: The instructions included give very little detail about the App, how to install it, how to use it and how important it is. The fact is, you really must install the app so that you can update the firmware and to allow you to control the unit. The app also needs some refinement; sometimes the app will have trouble connecting to the delta 2 and sometimes it will show its connected but clearly it is not because the charge and discharge data on the app does not match the screen on the unit. I have found that you need to be very patient with the app, it may take several minutes to connect and many times you have to back out to the first page and click on the delta 2 to get it to update its connection.The solar panel seems to work but, you have to have very bright sunshine and have it aimed very precisely to get any charge. You will , most likely, need an extension cord for the solar panel, otherwise the solar panel will need to be right next to the delta 2 unit. I made an extension cord with some 12 gauge wire and connectors. The app has a feature allowing you to submit questions to customer support. I have sent a few questions this way and the answers I received took a while to get back to me and they were not great. I had to rely on online videos and a lot of trial and error to figure out how everything worked. The product is quite new so, there are not a lot of videos available yet. Overall I really like the product and would only request the manufacturer to supply more information about how to set up and use the product, especially in respect to the app.Update: The app seems to have some bugs I didnt notice earlier: You can change the charge/discharge range, from 0-100% or for example 30-60% (recommended to discharge to 30% then charge back to 60% Quarterly) or what ever you want to set it at. This is a great feature when it works but, lately when I set the app to adjust these setting, it just ignores them. Latter I checked and the settings were now at 4-97%? I have had the same type of issues with other app settings like the charging wattage. I hope Ecoflow will correct these issues soon. Still keeping at 5 stars because it is still best in class IMO.

First I want to say that this company needs to win an award for their customer service - a 5 star gold rating; I'd give more stars if I could!I purchased this unit on sale and then just a few days later it went down in price. My order was still being processed and had not shipped yet, and I really wanted the discount, so I contacted ECOFLOW to see if I could just cancel my order and then repurchase at the lower price, or maybe they could they just give me the difference in form of a refund to my credit card. Well that's exactly what they did! No fighting or begging; they just gave me the refund. I also had other questions regarding my new power station and they responded to me the very next day, and sometimes even in the same day. Each time they were helpful and very friendly (Eve, Lila, and Andy - thank you) You can't get better service that that!This is my first time purchasing a power station, and watched several videos on YouTube to see which company made a better unit, and hands down this company won due to their high quality units, and their excellent customer service was mentioned several times. So, I gave them a try and, I'm so glad I did. The unit is working extremally well. I have my new, large patio swamp cooler hooked up to the power station, and I'm using the included solar panels to avoid plugging into the electricity. I find it much more satisfying to watch the sun power my new swamp cooler, and in a few weeks my above ground pool filter, instead of watching my electric bill increase each month during the summer. I'm so happy with my purchase that I've already taken advantage of the current sale to buy a second solar panel to have around just in case I need it down the road. I will not hesitate to purchase form ECOFLOW again when I'm ready to get a larger unit for inside the house due to the power outages that seem to happen more often during the summers.In regards to the solar panel. In researching the power station I learned that many things could affect the intake wattage on your solar panels such as, where you live, the time of day, how intense the sun is, and of course the angle of the solar panels directed at the sun (being off even an inch could make a 5-10w, or more difference in the wattage your are pulling into your power station). In the end, you will likely never see the input advertised no matter which solar panel you purchase. With that in mind, it's currently 8:15am here in Phoenix AZ and my solar panel is pulling in around 175w which I think is pretty good for so early in the morning. Now, I saw another reviewer's comments where he had placed some type of reflector sheet in front, and in back, of his solar panel to try and pull in more watts. So, I thought I'd give that a try. Went out to my car, grabbed my cheep $5 sun reflector screen and placed it in front of my solar panel, and WOW, it went up to 195w. Since my solar panel is one of the Bifacial solar panels I think I might need to purchase something a little better than my $5 car screen so I can take advantage of both sides of my solar panel. I really couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Very impressive. Slow charging at first until I laid the panels flat and the sun directly above me. Charged fast. I ran two big fans for 16 hours straight. Kept me cool. Easily ran my full size fridge and small freezer for 12 hours. So far so good.
