Amazing Customer Seevice
Ordered this to make long rides more comfortable for my wife. Arrived quickly, easy to install, but what sets the company apart is their customer service. The trunk arrived with a broken latch, I sent the seller an email explaining the issue, they asked for my order number and are sending me a replacement immediately. I am NOT used to the ease of this resolution, so thank you guys for making everything right, without me having to jump through hoops!

Overall ok
Tough to put together since the holes didn’t all line up the best, the hardware leaves more to be desired but for the price point it’s ok
