Super Comforting and Cooling
This was mg best friend while pregnant in third trimester during the hottest parts of the summer last year. Instant relief from itchy, painful, super swollen ankles and calves. Felt so good to spray on, super cooling. The can is pretty small though and it’s expensive for the amount you get. I don’t know if it actually helped the swelling at all, but it definitely made me more comfortable for a little bit and that comfort in the middle of the summer being super pregnant was worth the price!

Don't doubt it, just buy it!
Man am I impressed by this spray!! First of all, it smells wonderful. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and sad I didn't find this spray sooner. It does wonders for pain & swelling and it does moisturize quite nicely. Mist it on generously, put a towel down, prop those feet up, and relax! The more you use, the better it works. It's got a nice cooling / tingling sensation that does wonders for pain & it really does help reduce swelling. It's also a great preventative measure to get ahead of swelling. Since being pregnant my toes get really dry & peel (it's painful & gross) but when I use this spray I have none of that- just soft little piggies that smell like grapefruit. PRO TIP: there's a tiny plastic piece on the nozzle that makes it difficult to get a fine mist spray but if you clip that off it works like a dream.

Cool and tingly!
I was a little hesitant at first to try this. I had a lot of swelling at night during my pregnancy. Surprisingly, this was very effective and made my legs feel great! It was a cool and tingly effect. The only downside is it got clogged and I couldn’t use the rest of the product before it was gone.

Good product, bad sprayer
I work 12hr shifts, and am in my 3rd trimester in summer, so this feels really nice on my legs and feet when I get home for the day. Smells good and minty, not overly menthol like, but still has a cooling tingle. I'd love to carry this in my bag with me to apply places other than home, BUT it only came out as a mist twice, and since then it just squirts out in a stream leaving big blobs I have to rub in, so now it's too messy for on the go. Cleaning the nozzle didn't fix it. It also just felt nicer when it went on as a mist.

Frida mom foot spray
The Frida mom foot spray isn't worth the money. I saw a few good reviews on it and decided to give it a try. Not sure if I got a defective bottle, but the spray is not an aerosol spray at all. Kinda messy and doesn't dry well. It only has a cooling affect for first few seconds it touches your skin.
