Came very sharp right out of the box, good size, good construction, great value,, folds up without damaging the blade. It will make a great addition to my bbq tools. I would definitely buy it again.

Yeah its sharp! I handle knives all day. Rarely do I get cut. With a thin blade as this is the weight ratio to handle geometry is elusive as you cut and move. I think you don’t feel the blade as much. It’s there but you some times forget the blade location. Be careful. Beautiful usable cutter and slicer. Not just plant life. Totally confident to use as a self defense companion if your trained in slice and dice. In the day you couldn’t get a folding knife as perfect in ever way. Love it. Ordered the clever jade handled one for add flexibility. My standard edc is cold steel EX Espada 5.5 I think from now on I prefer slice and move to plunge and stab. Ha Ha

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this knife but wow it’s amazing. Super sharp so be careful with it. It is also nice sized and fits in your hand well. I use it a lot for all different types of things like camping or just opening an amazing package. Well made and great construction. I love the way it looks also. The grip on it is nice. It's a nice knife at a good price, but a lot of the edges were square and sharp so I rounded them up and contoured it a bit to make it more comfortable in my hand. (I posted a couple before and after pics.) Definitely not necessary, it's perfectly usable as it came, but I like doing work like this and it fits me better now. I also waxed the canvas bag it came in to give the knife a little protection while it's awaiting the next picnic. It has a satin finish blade that came well sharpened. The spring detent that keeps it closed is a little weak but strong enough that I'm not worried about it opening on it's own. The liner lock holds it open securely and is easy to release when I'm ready to close it. I was happy with it as it came and think it's a good deal; after 1/2 an hour with my files and sandpaper I'm very happy with it.

This is a fantastic knife, I got it with camping in mind but it's fine quality, sharpness and comfortable ergonomic design have found it a place in everyday use in my kitchen. I have purchased a couple and also use it for non culinary, utilitarian applications. It's just a nice sized and shaped blade good for a variety of applications. This is an earnest review, I recommend this, you'll find yourself using it more than you expect. I have also given them a gifts which have in every case so far been very well received. just don't mention the price.lol
