I'm not sure whether it has helped me to sleep better or cured sleeping issues but like all the other teas from San cha it is also a good blend. It has that calming effect. But I'd suggest you to go and buy it from the store only because that is an experience. They serve you their great blends and packaging Is amazing.

Absolutely love the tea. The White Tea and the Mint is just perfect. It is my staple now. Improvement: There should be brewing instructions on the package.

I think this blend is not good in taste and as well as color. The color of this brew comes out greyish golden. You could simple take their Sleeping Beauty blend and "White tea" needles to mix and make a better blend. This was really bad, that I had to write this review.

This white tea has full size leaves unlike other teas but only disappointment was no aroma, no flavour.. kind of bland... which was not expected by the name blossom mentioned on the label

Oh m gee- this tea is addicting! At first it was take another sip, then after a few mornings I noticed the calm in the way I felt! So it’s definitely one to add to your collection! And they are right in saying you use the bag multiple times - love this tea!

Guys pls don’t buy this. There is no taste at all in this tea and this is non returnable. Pls try some other brand.
