TOOLIOM Spool Gun 150A Aluminum MIG Welding Euro Connection for TOOLIOM TL-200M&TL-250M

I purchased the Tooliom Spool gun to use aluminum welding. It has worked well right out of the box. I am pleased with my purchase and especially the low price I received buying on Amazon day.

As far as spool guns go, seems to work as expected with my yeswelder 205DS. I'm not a pro welder, so i dont have experience with other spool guns to compare against. My big complaint is the misinformation in the listing. It boldly proclaims that it "fits Tweko" accessories. Turns out, it only fits Tweko tips, but not Tweko diffusers. I learned this the hard way....while doing some practice welds, the shroud became damaged. No problem, i've got spare Tweko shrouds....but it didnt fit over the weird diffuser. No problem, i've got Tweko diffusers....so i went to try to unscrew the weird diffuser. Turns out, it's a "Binzel" or "15AK" diffuser, and it is attached with LEFT HANDED THREADS. So my attempts to remove it ended up damaging the threads in the conductor tube/neck piece that it screws into.I contacted the seller, and they were eventually able to send me a new conductor tube...this was really appreciated because i've searched everywhere, and it's impossible to buy a replacement conductor tube anywhere.Anyhow...the diffuser and shroud/gas-cup are NOT TWEKO. Misleading product info, and helpful after sale support from the seller.

I haven't tried this spool gun with aluminium wire yet but I had a roll of flux core wire that wouldn't run through my old welder nor would it run through my new welder. I was going to toss out the wire but like most things I should toss out, I kept it and I'm glad I did because it runs great in this spool gun!I now won't have to waste the roll of wire!I just got a tank of argon so next time I need to weld some aluminium I'll try to spool gun for that in the meantime I'll use it for running old flux core wire!

Motor was wired up incorrectly. Had to pull the gun apart and switch wires. Not a big deal but should have been done right the first time. Gun seems to function as intended on my Azzuno MIG200PRO. Holds 1 lb spools of aluminum wire or 2 lb spools of steel. Easy to hook up. Easy to feed wire and mount a spool although my spool sits in backwards so I can't read the label when it's in the gun. May be a spool specific thing and not the gun though. Only ised a couple times so cannot comment on longevity. Will come back in a year and add a star if it makes it that long.

Some sort of storage case would be recommended, carrying the item in the original carboard box gets old real quick

Really nice to be able to buy a spool gun that works great and is affordable. I use this for welding aluminum, and haven't had any problems with it at all, it does a good job.
