This product reminds me of gadgets from the 1800's.Takes forever to cook a waffle.Is the price justified? 6 minutes who has the time?

I have a wood burning stove as an oven (built in the 1930s). So for some people these gadgets are very nice to have! I use solar electricity, so having products that don't use electricity are very handy.

Does this have to be used on a stove? Can you just plug in and use on the kitchen counter?

It has to be used on a stovetop. Gas, electric, or glass/induction (with an adapter)
