Came with the improper sized side strut so there is nothing holding the legs together except the bolt connected to the conveyor...don't care enough to post a picture, I've already dismantled it

Alex was great! The printed coy of instructions was crap, and he sent me a good copy of how to put it together, and then I discovered you have to have a degree in figuring it out yourself. There is no step one, and the diagrams really suk. But I will tell you when I got it figured out it was kinda fun and it is a great product, it is perfect for loading firewood in my woodshed!

It would be nice if the leg tabs didn’t come bent probably from packing but still I pay a pretty good price i would hope it would include decent packaging. But oh well...

The stands were affordable, packaged well, and get the job done. I received two stands packaged in the same box and everything was fine, however the bags of hardware (bolts, nuts, washers) were short washers, had different nuts and just odd that two stands had such different hardware included. With that said, it worked fine and I added the missing flat washers.

This worked perfectly to raise up our conveyor. No complaints. The package arrived quickly and in good repair. The item was not damaged and works well.
