I am very pleased with these lights. At this time I only set up 2 of the lights in the mini greenhouse. What was surprising was that they don't feel hot at all. Light is sort of pinkish color, pleasing. My seeds are doing well, also some plants awaiting to be planted outside. I have them on 4-5 hours which is sufficient every day.

I installed these today and it was sooooo quick and simple.This company takes great care in packing their product, I have never seen such detail in packaging.I didn't spend much time reading the instructions since it's a simple and basic hookup but I did glance at the instruction manual which doesn't appear to be written by someone fluent in English but they're easy to understand.They give you 3 mounting options. 3M foam tape, screws and cable ties. I mounted mine under my kitchen cabinet and opted to use the tape since I was too lazy to get my drill for the screws.The kit comes with 3 additional extensions which is very generous and allows you to expand your growing area.I've had the lights on for over 12 hours and there isn't much heat. I did notice that my eyesight is affected after being exposed to those lights which concerns me a bit so I'll have to make sure to turn them off when I'm working with the plants.So far I'm very pleased with this purchase, I'll post a follow up if needed.

I purchased one set of these lights years ago. These are still going strong for our tropical plants. We have had Pothos, Philodendron, Fiddle Leaf Figs, Monstera varieties, Hibiscus, and many other tropical light loving plants really thrive with these lights.While on a timer for 8 hours every day, we have only had one strip go out in the last few months.However, these are the right hue or "temperature" for voracious growth on plants. Some grow lights will be too dim or have too much blue in the hue, but these have been perfect.We turn them on at night, because they are so bright and intense that they are not enjoyable to be around - great for the plants, but take care in planning for how you want to use these.I just purchased a second set to help with my planted aquarium to give it a little boost as a little DIY lighting - still waiting on the package to be shipped, but I anticipate that if the quality and intensity is the same as the first set of lighting from years ago, that I will love this next set just as much.If you have been struggling with grow lights being too weak, being too pinpointed in one spot, or having the wrong color for optimal growth, these lights check all the boxes. :)

The lights themselves are great. Good amount of light and heat. Pretty easy to put together and they give you various mounting hardware for just about any mounting scenario. What I have an issue with is the fact that they say "Just put an end cap on and it's water resistant". WRONG! Putting an end cap on makes that end water resistant. However, there is no cap to seal the last light strip to the power supply and with a cord so short (roughly 2 inches) there is no way that connection would not be inside the greenhouse. So I took the sealing screw off the of the end cap to use at that connection. I then sealed the starting end(where you would normally put the end cap) with waterproof gorilla seal tape. This is a major design flaw that can easily be rectified by provided 1 additional waterproof nut. So, if you are going to use this inside of a greenhouse, just know that it is NOT water resistant at the power supply connection. I bought 2 sets and they are both this way. The diagrams even show it this way, so this was no mistake.There is also no on/off switch. You have to actually unplug it from the wall. So, I bought a smart plug so that I can set a timer through the Alexa app.
