Electric Sausage Stuffer

After using hand crank stuffers and a friend for the last decade to make sausage, I can't say enough about how easy this makes the process if you find yourself trying to stuff sausage by yourself. At half speed, I estimate it was stuffing 10lb/minute. It will go faster if you are comfortable with it, and it will go slower if you are not. It does have an air purge at the top of anyone was curious. It's half the price or less of big brands. I cannot speak to the longevity of it, but it seems well built. If you have stuffed sausage before, the learning curve is next to nothing. If you are doing sausage yourself, I use a 24" wooden disc on a lazy Susan bearing that can be spun to assist with coiling the rope of sausage. It works great. I am very happy with the purchase, and I would definitely recommend it to other sausage enthusiasts.

I have only used the regular hog casings with these, but it works great. The recipe I use is very dry, and it still didn't have any issue pushing the meat through. Sure it is isn't as powerful as some of the commercial sausage stuffers, but it is a lot cheaper as well. The only complaint is the bent at the bottom isn't smooth on the inside and you can see welding spots all over it. But it gets the job done.

The media could not be loaded.  It does leave about a 3/4lb of meat left over, but for us we just use it for bulk, in the video the speed of the stuffer is half speed, full speed I couldn't keep up, the link is roughly 4ft long.In all very happy processing my own wild game this stuffer.Easy clean upJust spend the money you will be happy.

Excellent device. Not good if you only have a few pounds of product to stuff but if you have over 15 lbs to stuff you can't go wrong. Will leave about a pound of product in the stuffing tube and the bottom of the machine.

I pump out about 700-1000 pounds of deer sausage every year. This is a machine. Key factor, when using the smaller horns, add some water to the meat to slick it up. If not you will be over working the machine and be very disappointed in the speed of the machine.

If you do any sausage stuffing you need a good stuffer, this stuffer is the one. It is very easy to use, clean, and the price is right. I would recommend this stuffer to anyone that does, or is thinking of doing, a significant amount of stuffing.
