Great chainsaw at an even better price.I am a homeowner with trees in his backyard. Every time it storms, branches large and small come down. I have a solo stove in my backyard and this chainsaw is perfect for cutting the limbs and branches into reasonable sizes to go into my stove. The saw works perfectly, and cuts through the logs like a hot knife through butter. It is great for small branches and limbs, nothing major. Another reason why I give it 5 stars, is that all of the accessories it comes with, 2 batteries, an adapter, a spare blade, goggles, gloves and more.

This mini chainsaw is a gem. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but it works great. The batteries charge out of the box in the 1-2 hours and seem to last plenty of time to complete a reasonably sized job. The saw fits nicely in my hand. There is a button you need to depress to pull the trigger to operate the saw and this was not really a problem.The reason I bought it is I because loppers are getting harder to use. And a regular chain saw is overkill. For thinning shrubs, this worked great. I respected this was a chain saw and worked carefully cutting branches. My next project will be to thin forsythia where I had to go into the shrub and take out old wood.I do recommend this saw because of the price and ease of use.

OMG. I Saw a you tube video reviewing this and I thought I would try it for the price. I am pleasantly surprised. I bought it about 3 weeks ago and had not had an opportunity to use it. I had a really large branch fall off one of my trees a day ago so I thought I would try it out. I used it to cut smaller limbs and branches from the large one and it works like a charm. Cuts great, easy to handle and I used it for over an hour on one battery charge. I bought extra chains incase I needed thim but the original one is still sharp. Very impressed.

Its very decent and capable of cutting branches and limbs fallen in my backyard. Love that it gad 2 batteries so i can just switch when one dies, and i had no problem cutting a decent amount of wood in my backyard. My only issue is that at times when you cut decent size brances, the chain on it makes it jumps a lot, slipping of the wood while cutting. so i had to keep my other hand further away so it so it didn't slip and fall catch my other hand. In other words, it's not a nice clean cut. it's jagged, and sometimes the jackedness makes the blade of the chainsaws slip off and out and you have to put it back and continue cutting. Thats my only issue.

I really like this thing, and it does much better than I had actually anticipated. I bought this figuring if it only lasted me a little bit, it would save me quite a bit of money from having someone to come to my house and do some tree and shrubbery trim work. But by gosh this little thing is a workhorse. Just make sure you keep the chain lubed / oiled as there is no internal oiling mechanism. I also got it at a great price during Amazon days. I highly recommend for small brush and tree limb jobs you may have around your yard.

Perfect for many applications. Worked as expected and was very beefy! Nice case with accessories- we would definitely purchase again!

I don't normally write reviews, but here I am. I little history first, since my Mom has always said that I'm never short for words.... :) Our house is a recent build on a large plot surrounded by woods. Needless to say, we have a lot of wood that needs or will need to get cut, no shortage of that around here! And when the wind blows strong, chances are pretty good that big or small, a piece of something is going fall somewhere in a place that is not so convenient. I do have a 40v chainsaw that's not too bad for little old me to swing around, but it's a bit overkill for the small stuff here and there that needs attention now and then. And my days of hauling around a giant dull pair of loppers is long gone! Especially now that I have this cute, delightful little chainsaw! Today I was out cutting low branches, vines, bushes, suckers, prickers, scrawny things, rigid things... anything that was in the way, potentially in the way, or could become in the way. No more fears of decapitation or loosing a limb when I'm out mowing! The downside of this gadget was me having too much fun with it, cause now I have a LOT of clean up to do with all the cutting I did! (!!) As for battery life, I quit before the battery did and again- I cut a lot! I will also add that anything I cut was no more than 3 inches round, to which this saw did efficiently cut through. I did not pursue any 6 inch stuff, but if I had to make a cut or 2 I'd certainly go for it. I do kind of wonder though how many folks here commented about cutting 6 inch logs, if they were truly 6 inches, or just a (mans) definition of 6 inches? That being said, I might suggest getting a bigger saw for those "bigger" jobs, especially if you have more than a few and your expectations are high. Otherwise don't complain about short battery life or the equipment getting hot! In my opinion this chainsaw is not intended to be a workhorse kind of thing, but rather a handy and efficient convenience tool. Lightweight with the battery in it, good hand grip, super easy to use, and decent cutting ability as it powered through everything I put in front of it quickly and easily. A worthy purchase that I'd recommend for all walks of life, I 'll say no more!
