A great and very convenient way to take both vitamin B12 and Methyl Folate. I wish it had all the types of vitamin B too. A tad bit sweeter than I would like, but I have been taking it for a few years now and I am satisfied.

I suffer from brain fog from fibromyslgia and 2 other autoimmune disorders. My thought processes are significantly better when I use this. I also have more energy to do the basics. Tastes good. Just 2 "drops"(not droppersful!) sublingually. The bottle lasts a long time.

Purchased for myself, but also for my husband who is in recovery. GREAT product, been a few weeks. Have ordered twice, once 1mg tincture, the second time a 15mg tincture. His moods have stabilized, his concentration has improved. I have ADHD as well and have found both relatively immediate effects on my motivation and effects that have built over time. Good product. For my side of the review, I don't really see a difference either way. But then again, I haven't really been taking it with a lot of regularity either. The only thing I can say about it is that it tastes really good and I think the delivery system is genius. I thought that the sublingle films that Suboxone uses was a good idea but putting this liquid under your tongue is a really good way to get it in you. My fiance, on the other hand, has nothing but good things to say about it. He's a quiet man that only says something bc it matters to him so his review was unexpected. He reported that he really likes it. He said that it could have the potential to be life changing even though it isn't quite that serious to him. Also he told me, and I have noticed, that he is only doing a small fraction of the bupe compared to what he was doing before we received it.
