I have taken these daily for a few years now and I want to take them for the rest of my life. These have a PERFECT nutrient ratio, and I hope they never change. Here's why: I almost never get sick, and that's with a toddler in daycare! (ok, I did get norovirus once....but that was a Trojan horse). I never feel tired in the afternoons. I get great sleep. My nails grow annoyingly fast. People tell me I have great hair. Oh, and I'm a dude. I feel great on these, but not in a "fake, juiced up on B vitamins" kind of way. More like a "glad I started a 401k 20 years ago" kind of way. The prices fluctuate and although sometimes it gets high, it's always a price I'm willing to pay. Important to note, something weird does seem to happen with flavor with the 120 count, as at 2 a day, you're looking at 2 months of sitting in room temp. I don't think they go bad, but they definitely pick up an off flavor. I've solved this by keeping the 120 day supply in the fridge. All told, who knew candy could cure what ails you! Literally, you just throw two of them in your mouth and chew. No stomach issues. No time spent looking at the toilet wondering if you're about be asked to join the Avengers. This is the best investment you could ever make.
