Great product for the money

Wow! I sadly had a similar and very expensive knife stolen by a previous housekeeper. How weird!?!? But it happened and I just didn’t want to spend $225 on a replacement.I had this in my cart for maybe a year and finally bought. Why did I wait? This think is even sharper than the fancy brand it replaces. It is really 12-15 degrees and cuts Anything with Ease. Wow!!Just buy one.

This knife is extremely sharp, feels well balanced, slices and cuts so easily and cleans so well. This is my "go to knife" now. Love it!

Really sharp blade!

I have all high end Chefs knives from my days in the business but was not happy with my last Shuns purchase ( at all ) So I decided to try something new based on reviews without spending a lot I’m Very happy with the weight balance & grip on this knife Use it way more then I thought I would daily & the edge is still very good 2 months in. Recommend 👍
