A friend of mine told me about meandmygolf several years ago and I’ve enjoyed watching some of their videos. I like how they clearly explain how to strike the ball. I have a 16 handicap and wanted to improve my short game so I ordered this Ball Striker Alignment Towel. The towel itself is well made with a nice thick fabric, clear labeling, and good stitching. Included with the towel is a mini-series of golf lessons. The mini-series includes ball striker lessons on: iron striking, chipping, use the bounce when chipping, chipping arc, and vary your ball flight. Each lesson is very clear on not only how to strike the ball, but how to use the alignment towel in each drill. I’ve found the lessons to be very helpful, and when I find myself in need of a good chip while playing a round, I can envision the towel on the ground, where to position my feet and align the ball, and then delivery the correct strike. Yes, more practice is required but at least now I know I’m practicing the correct fundamentals. My only wish is for more lessons to be included on how to use the towel. There seems to be a lot more markings on the towel that were not covered in the mini-lessons, and the package implies the towel can be used for wood shots but that was not covered in the lessons.
