Only thing don’t like is not too easy removing pod

The bottom of the filtration area is made out of plastic, it looks like it’s stainless steel. It flakes off into your coffee. I contacted Haden in regards to the warranty and they won’t warranty the machine. It’s less than a year old, but they said the warranty does not cover that part. I would not recommend unless you like flakes of plastic in your coffee.

This will be my travel coffee maker great size and I can use pods or ground coffee. Works great

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. It also splashes coffee eveeywhere

I use my own coffee grinds and it over flows every time and makes a big mess. Unless you're willing to make a very weak cup of coffee ...even if you stay way below the max fill line, it still over flows. It is a very pretty machine. But not functional.

Disliked Mahler of the water would remain in the coffee maker.

DO NOT BUY THIS. We bought this and form the first week it never heated the water enough… I complained but customer service truly sucks. They want videos, proof, pictures and for you to sell your kidneys to pay attention. After 7 weeks the machine stopped working all together. I bought a keurig… do yourself a favor and a void a headache and skip this.
