Q: I am unable to locate software on the web address provided in the instructions. Where is the software?

Use usb doggle. I searched box, didn't find one, didn't think came with one, grabbed another off another computer, didn't work. So I read reviews,saw someone's post about download driver, so read instructions, instructions said first remove doggle and plug into computer, so then found it is in bottom of mouse. Plugged into pc mouse instantly worked, didn't hav to install driver as directions said you probably wouldn't have to do, once you plug in the doggle that came with mouse.

Q: Does anyone have a solution for this mouse not working.Bought it for my son four months ago and it does on him today.Changed the battery and nothing?

I have no idea. Mine also died within 3-4 months.

Q: Does it come with a charger?

Not that I recall. Being powered by typical batteries, I wouldn't expect a 14$ mouse to come with a battery recharger, which if anything are often more expensive than the mouse.

Q: How do i get just an usb bluetooth receiver?

I don’t know. I do t own the company. Send an email to them directly. There’s probably a way to chat with them somewhere here in Amazon.
