Fabula Coffee Dark Roast Whole Beans - Organic - Low Acid - Single Origin - Non GMO - Mold Free - 12 Ounces

We used to own a coffee shop so I am definitely a snob when it comes to coffee beans. I have a subscription to Purity coffee and love it! We were going through quite a bit of coffee so needed to order more. I figured I'd give Fabula a try. Well we weren't disappointed. The coffee is smooth, has a deep flavor, no bitter aftertaste, and is priced fair amongst its competitors. I make coffee in a French Press and also in my Moka pot. I love grinding this brand for our French Press and my Purity coffee for our Moka pot. I love that it's tested for mold....so important for coffee. Smooth, delicious, and low acidity. Makes a great cup of coffee.

As far as taste goes, it is really hard to beat Fabula. We found this company from a reel and after trying it, we're sold. Low acid, great taste and best yet: mold free. Good enough to drink straight; we use it in our espresso machine. Only drawback is it is NOT cheap, but being mold free is an investment in health.

The Espresso version of Fabula Low Acid Coffee beans appeared to be old and dried out. The coffee was bitter. I have ordered the dark roast (blue bag) previously and the beans were moist/oily and the coffee tasted great. Not sure if I got a bad batch of the Espresso version… sorry I had ordered two bags of Espresso. I will bo back to dark roast.

The taste was good. I appreciate that it is clean, mold free, toxin free. Although the taste is okay, it did not justify the price on a continual basis.

This coffee is exactly what they advertise it to be. I can’t verify the no mold because that would go beyond what I’m willing to pay for this. but it’s very smooth no bitterness and tastes great.

Just brewed my first cup of this brand this morning, and I am settled on the fact I will spend more to buy this. The quality is obvious as soon as you taste it. And I appreciate they have their products mold tested. Never realized how prevalent it is that companies dont test or care about mold in their product. Will be making this my new coffee. 1 cup is all I need in the morning and Im ready to go.

I did some research and found this coffee. I tried it because it ticked off my needs; low acid, freshness confirmed, my stomach did not hurt after drinking it because I like it black. The Dark Roast flavor is tasty as well. Worth the try if you are looking for something that tastes good and is mold-free.
