DJ LIGHT for small venue
The quality is amazing and the power of brightness is, wow. The size is just right to have it on a table or hanging on the side of a building. The performance on the spot, free movement or move by the beat of the music. Easy to installed. Worth the money.

You can't beat these for the money.
I have two these as part of my gigging light array. They are unbelievably feature-rich for the price point. Grounded electrical interface, DMX XLR connections/interface PLUS beat-sensitive sound sensing make these highly adaptable. I don't even have a DMX controller and just put the setting on sound-sensing, and they did the rest. The brightness is outstanding, as is their response to beats, etc. -- again-- no DMX controller required, IMO, though there IS an SLR interface for a DMX controller if you choose. If you're just doing a small outdoor gig or intimate bar gig or karaoke and you want special touches that won't break the bank, make these a part of your arsenal. They are WELL WORTH the money.

Two versions of same model. Some motor noise. Lenses may fall out. BUT Overall, a decent purchase.
The Pros:The good things are that these fixtures are about the most 'budget friendly' moving heads that you can find and they DO provide a lot of functionality for the price. They're PLENTY bright and I haven't had ANY problems with functionality (except motor noise) I recommend them if you are just starting out and need some budget fixtures. The Cons:I ordered two of these LM30A fixtures and they were worth the price, so I decided to buy two more. I've run into a few issues:All four of the lights I purchased have the same model number, so I assumed they were the same. Not so. The second pair of LM30A fixtures were not the same as the first LM30A fixtures. The second pair have 13 channels and the fixture colors are physically in a different order. i.e. two fixtures were R,G,B,W,W,B,G,R and the other two were W,B,G,R,W,B,G,R and have 15 channels. (2 are for maintenance or something) This makes a difference if you use a fixture definition file as they will have to be created separately.Another difference was that the first two fixtures had a slide mechanism on the back for mounting and the other two did not.* One of the fixtures has constant, annoying motor noise coming from it.* The lenses are kind of flimsy and easily fall out of the fixture, so you may want to keep an eye on that.* When I received the second set of fixtures, Two lenses were laying in the box.* The manual that came with the fixtures isn't very good. (You can download a slightly better one)Overall, I'd say that for the price they are a good buy. If you're starting out, go for it!

Great DMX lights for the price.
The media could not be loaded. Works in sound, auto and DMX mode. Very bright and super functional. Great addition to a light show or party or event. Plug it in and out works out of the box.

Great light, until it catches on fire
I bought this light about a month ago. I used it for 3 parties and it was lovely. I probably put 12 hours of operation total on it over the course of a month. Today, when I plugged it in, three of the LEDs were stuck on, and one motor wasn’t working. After being plugged in for about 1 minute, it started smoking heavily out of the top with black and white smoke. I’m not sure if it shorted out or what, but I was very careful when handling it every time, and never operated it in a sub-optimal environment.Buyer beware! A small fire extinguisher will now be in my gig bag from now on, for sure.

Unpleasant Surprise
The media could not be loaded. The lights were really difficult to get out of slave mode. The sound isn't synced with music. You really need an XLR mixer to bring out the quality in these light. The lights are not heavy. They feel cheap and light. The bracket is a combination of metal and plastic. The bracket may not hold up. For the price I was expecting more from this product.Stay away from these lights. Don't trust other product reviews. Save your money and go another route.

Yes its plastic but that won't stop this light from kicking you show up a notch...
The main body is plastic but fit and finish are quality. What I really like is the DMX access to meaningful control functions. You can control 25 different light effect modes and most of all it has a sound mode that really WORKS. You can turn the gain up to a point where it hears its own internal motor noise and will not stop but back off a little bit and it will spring to life with just normal voice at 5 feet. Most other sound modes I have encountered required about 90 to 100 db of sound to mask internal noise. Kudos... The only thing I wish is had was DMX control of motion effects. As it stands, you have to write motion sequences in your control code to get the lights moving when in full DMX control... not a show stopper, as a chaser with 10 steps makes the light quite active...
