Do these sheets have any coating added (ie:silicone or nonstick chemicals)?

Hl ....No they are brown parchment. The only difference between other parchment I use is the color. it stated the unbleached, natural materials in these sheets allow for safer, more organic baking and wrapping. Since finding these I no longer buy the white. I use them for baking. A helpful to is you can dampen the paper to get the flexibility to use in say an 8 x 8 square for making browses or bars etc. Hope this helps.
